Days after polling for Uttarakhand Assembly Elections concluded, Congress leader and former state Chief Minister Harish Rawat said that the tussle within Bharatiya Janata Party indicates that they are losing, and Congress is sure to form government in the state. “There is restlessness and quarrel within Bharatiya Janata Party, it shows that they are losing. The people have voted for change. The change has happened in favour of Congress. Congress will form the government,” said Harish Rawat on February 19.
