The accused’s sister hanged herself after she came to know about the incident. The accused has been identified as Dheeraj Shukla. The police said the deceased, Brijesh Barman, had a love affair with Dheeraj’s sister. The couple eloped and got married. This irked Dheeraj and he decided to kill Brijesh.
