Today, a Hindu bank manager from Rajasthan, who was posted in Kashmir, was shot dead by the terrorists in broad daylight. The terrorist entered the bank and fired two shots at Vijay Kumar. Two days ago, a govt teacher, Rajni Bala, was shot dead in broad daylight on the school premises, where she used to teach for several years. Rahul Bhat was also shot dead inside a Hindu colony by some terrorists. All these incidents of Targeted Killing have made the situation tense in Kashmir.
