Not that she is afraid of being bullied out of Bollywood. Says Meera, “I feel only those who allow it, get bullied. But I’ve faced the dynamics of power-play in this industry. And why just the entertainment industry, it happens everywhere.”

Meera who has worked in Hindi and Tamil films, is tired of waiting for opportunities. It’s time for her to create her own opportunities.
“That’s right,” says Meera. “I am producing two films for myself. I will announce them soon. I think I am done with giving producers the power to decide the quality of work I deserve. I feel producing my own films is much easier than depending on casting directors, producers and directors. They are part of such a vicious circle!”
