Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait on October 18 said that Union Minister Ajay Mishra was an accused under Section 12O(B) of IPC and he could not roam out in the open. “He will influence the investigation because the case is against him, so he will try to save himself. Government of India should take his resignation. If he is proven innocent, then they can make him a Minister again,” he said.
