She has been sharing a series of sunset pictures after enjoying a day at the beach in a bikini. Mouni captioned the pictures as, ‘Chasing sunsets’, and ‘Like a song bird in the sea.’ In some pictures, she was seen enjoying the waves on the shore, while in other pictures she was seen showing off her fit physique lying down on the sand. Only a few days back, the actress had treated her fans with a new video. The clip showed Mouni grooving to Justin Beiber’s ‘Yummy’ donning a black crop top as she performs a short, stunning belly dance routine. In no time, fans poured in thousands of complimentary messages for the actress. For the unversed, Mouni shited to films from Television after enjoying a 10-year-long career. She marked her Bollywood debut opposite Akshay Kumar in ‘Gold’ in 2018. Around the time she was waiting for her debut film to release, there were rumours that she only got the break because of her bond with Salman Khan. She even addressed the same in an interview and said, ‘Salman Khan has had no role to play in my Bollywood debut; I dont know how these reports emerged and I wonder why anybody would do that for me. Is it so unbelievable that after acting for 10 years and being a Bengali, I can’t land a Bengali characters role by myself? It was hurtful. It was my moment, but they took it away from me.’ Meanwhile, on the work front, Mouni will be next seen in Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Brahmastra’.
