In an interview with a news portal, Mrunal said that India has not entirely normalised different types of bodies. According to her, people still expect you to have a perfect body if you are going to a beach. However, that’s not how she wants to inspire girls out there.
Elaborating further, the actress added that it is okay to be bloated, and to have celluloid. According to her, one needs to be fit from within and not necessarily have six-pack abs. Mrunal also revealed that she still needs to gather courage to post a picture in the bikini, with the body type she has at the time and the actress is comfortable with it.
Spilling some more beans on her style, the actress stated that she is always wearing her mood and she is exactly the person she is at home. Mrunal also went on to reveal that the one thing that remains a staple in her wardrobe is denim. She admitted that she has too many of them and she cannot let go of them. And if she ever finds old denim that she cannot fit into anymore, she makes sure she can fit into them in the next six months.
On the work front, she is currently awaiting the release of her upcoming film, ‘Jersey’ co-starring Shahid Kapoor.
