Oneplus: OnePlus, JioCinema partner to bring Tata IPL, premium content to OnePlus TVs – Times of India

OnePlus has announced that it is partnering with JioCinema for the upcoming season of the Tata Indian Premier League (IPL). With this collaboration, OnePlus TV users will get access to JioCinema’s library of international and regional content as well as popular sports portfolio.
As per OnePlus, the partnership will strengthen JioCinema’s viewership in India alongside the company’s growing smart TV user community. OnePlus TV users will be able to access first-time features, including 4K streaming and multi-cam presentation. The service will be available in 12 different languages across 16 unique feeds, while watching the Tata IPL on JioCinema.

“The partnership with JioCinema will further elevate this effort, and help provide our users access to incredible content curated across genres and languages, bringing them a true entertainment package,” said a senior spokesperson from OnePlus India.
“We are delighted to partner with OnePlus offering the best sports action including the inaugural edition of TATA WPL and the upcoming season of TATA IPL as it is a step ahead in our journey to build accessibility to world-class offerings for fans,” a Viacom18 spokesperson added.

‘OnePlus fastest-growing smart TV brand’
As per the Counterpoint India smart TV shipments model tracker report for Q2 2022, OnePlus was the fastest-growing smart TV brand in the first half of 2022 in terms of shipments and registered 123% a year-over-year growth.
OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro launch
Last month, OnePlus launched the OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro flagship model. The TV is available at a price of Rs 99,999 on OnePlus.in, Amazon.in, Flipkart.in, OnePlus Experience Stores as well as the major offline partner stores.
The OnePlus TV 65 Q2 Pro features a QLED 4K panel with quantum dot technology, a refresh rate of 120Hz and reaching a peak brightness of up to 1200 nits. It features a 70-watt speaker system that provides 2.1 channel audio and is equipped with seven speakers fine-tuned by Dynaudio. There is a 30-watt subwoofer as well.
