Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on November 08 said that Rs 12,070 crores have been invested for development of all ‘Teerth Yatra’ sites under ‘Bharatmala Pariyojana’. “With our ‘Bharatmala Pariyojana’, Vaishno Devi, Golden Temple, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Char Dham, all ‘Teerth Yatra’ sites have been developed by investing Rs 12,070 crore on 673km; rest 827km will be worked on after SC’s permission,” said Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
