Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 06 spoke to 14th Dalai Lama to convey his greetings to the Tibetan leader on his 86th birthday.PM Modi took to Twitter and wished him a long and healthy life. Reacting to the PM tweet Dolma Tsering, a member of Tibetan Parliament said “This is a positive move from PM Modi on wishing happy birthday to His Holiness (Dalai Lama). PM Modi wants to send a message that India is no longer going to be very cautious talking about Tibet. It sends a very strong message to China”.
