Salman Khan’s old interview where he revealed reason behind taking off his shirt in films goes viral after Palak Tiwari’s claims about plunging necklines – Times of India

In a statement made a few days ago, Palak Tiwari had said that Salman Khan insists that women don’t wear plunging necklines on sets, which indicates that he is more of a traditionalist. She later apologised and stated her comments had been “misunderstood.”Salman, though, had acknowledged that he wants women to “not expose and wear more clothes” at one point. When Salman had appeared on Aap ki Adalat, he was even questioned about why he takes off his shirt or t-shirt frequently in films, but does not think that women should be dressed scantily. He replied to this stating that he believes that seeing his fit muscular body, his fans get inspired to hit the gym and become healthy and busy with something useful rather than spending their time from 6:30 to 8 every evening smoking and drinking and doing other things which will damage their bodies in the long run.

During the promotions of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi ki Jaan, Palak said that Salman is a traditionalist, “When I was AD-ing with Salman sir on Antim, Salman sir had a rule: ‘every girl on my set, the neckline should be here, all the girls should be covered, like good proper girls’. He’s a traditionalist,” she added.
