Samsung Galaxy A52s gets FCC certification, may launch soon – Times of India

Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch another smartphone under A series. Likely to be named Samsung Galaxy A52s, the handset has appeared on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website.
The listing also reveals some details about the upcoming phone. As per the listing, the smartphone will come with connectivity features like 4×4 MIMO, n5/n66 5G bands, and NFC. It was listed under model number SM-A526B.
Samsung Galaxy A52s is said to be an improved version of Galaxy A52 that was launched earlier this year. The smartphone is rumoured to launch in Europe next week. But, we can expect the phone to make its way into India soon as it has also appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) listing last month.

Samsung Galaxy A52s is tipped to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset. It is rumoured to come in RAM models- 6GB and 8GB.
The handset is said to run on Android 11 operating system and may come with punch-hole camera display. The phone is tipped to be a mid-range phone anc may carry a price tag of Rs 38,000.

For comparison, Samsung Galaxy A52 runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset. It is a mid-range phone that comes with a starting price of Rs 26,499. It is equipped with a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display (1080 x 2400 pixels) with 90 Hz refresh rate. The device is backed by a 4500mAh battery.
