Samsung Galaxy S22 to come in Lavender Purple colour option soon – Times of India

Samsung launched its flagship smartphone series — Galaxy S22 series earlier this year. The series consists of three smartphones — Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra. At the time of the launch, the company introduced four colour options for the phones. In May this year, Samsung launched a new Pink colour variant of the smartphone. Now, it appears that Samsung may soon launch a new colour variant of the Samsung Galaxy S22.
According to leakster IceUniverse, Samsung may soon launch a new Lavender Purple colour variant of the Samsung Galaxy S22. The smartphone maker already offers the smartphone in four colour options and with the new colour variant, the customers will be able to purchase the smartphone in five colour options.
Samsung Galaxy S22 specifications
Samsung Galaxy S22 comes with a 6.1-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.
Samsung Galaxy S22 runs Android 12 operating system out-of-the-box, topped with the company’s own layer of One UI 4.1 over it. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM.
The high-end smartphone comes equipped with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and houses a triple rear camera. The rear camera of Samsung Galaxy S22 comprises a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens with f/2.2 and a 10MP telephoto camera with f/2.4. The handset houses a 10MP selfie camera with f/2.2.
Samsung Galaxy S22 is backed by a 3,700 mAh battery. The smartphone offers 25W wired fast-charging and 15W wireless charging speed.
