Sushant Singh Rajput case: Rhea Chakraborty did not disclose details of her second mobile phone to the Enforcement Directorate? – Times of India

Rhea Chakraborty and brother Showik were summoned by the Enforcement Directorate for questioning and were snapped outside their office in Mumbai on Friday. They were interrogated for hours and now Times Now has revealed that when Rhea was asked to submit all her electronic devices, she did not mention a second phone number she was using.

When the ED reportedly confronted Rhea with the call detail records of her second phone number, she admitted that she was using a second phone. Showik had stepped out for a brief period on Friday, which was to fetch Rhea’s second phone. It was also revealed that a forensic examination of the mobile phone will be conducted and data will be retrieved.

Showik was against questioned by the ED on Saturday, which went on for over 18 hours, at that time he was told to hand over his phone and not hide any other electronic equipment that the family possesses. Rhea and her father Indrajit Chakraborty had been reportedly summoned by the ED on Monday too, for further interrogation. The ED is questioning Rhea and her family members as they are probing the money laundering angle in connection to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The late actor’s father KK Singh had filed an FIR with the Patna Police, wherein he had raised questions about financial irregularities and alleged fraud against Rhea.
