An agency spokesperson said Wednesday’s searches were conducted on the premises of the accused and suspects in the case by a joint team of NIA sleuths, J&K Police and CRPF, in four Srinagar locations and five places in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district. Digital devices and other incriminating items were seized by officials.
The case had initially been registered at Chanapora police station, Srinagar, and then re-registered by NIA on June 18. Further investigation is underway.
