Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama made his first public appearance since the pandemic outbreak. He has resumed offline teaching after over two years of gap. His teaching sessions will be open for all but attendees would require to follow covid protocols. All his public engagements were cancelled in early 2020 with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
