Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu have been leaving no stone unturned to promote their upcoming film, ‘Kushi‘. Ahead of the release of the film, the actors engaged in a fun banter on social media and their fans just can’t keep calm!
Vijay took to his Instagram handle to share a video where he is seen chatting with Samantha in the middle of the night and telling her a knock-knock joke.
Watch the video here:

In the video, Vijay is seen calling Samantha on a video call and telling her that he is missing her and wanted to share a knock-knock joke with her. Samantha reminded Vijay that it is 1.30 AM in Los Angeles and she is locked out of her room. The actor still went ahead and shared the joke with her.
As soon as the video was shared on social media, likes and comments poured in from all sides. While one fan wrote, ‘So cute both of you’, another one added, ‘Hey vijay waiting for kushi’. Others dropped red hearts and fire emojis on the post.

Directed by Shiva Nirvana, ‘Kushi’ also stars Sachin Khedekar, Rahul Ramakrishna, Murali Sharma, and Vennela Kishore in crucial roles. The film is all set to hit the theatres on September 1, 2023 in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.
Apart from this, Samantha has also been roped in for Raj and DK’s ‘Citadel India’ where she will be seen sharing the screen space with none other than Varun Dhawan. The actress has already wrapped up the shooting of the series.

This is not the first time Samantha will be working with the director duos. The actress was also a part of Manoj Bajpayee starrer ‘The Family Man 2’. She had received immense love and appreciation for her performance in the series.
Samantha is currently in Los Angeles reportedly for the treatment of her auto-immune condition, myositis. However, there is no official confirmation about the same.
