Will Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor share the frame again after ‘PK’? – Times of India

Ranbir Kapoor’s cameo in Aamir Khan starrer ‘PK’ left fans wanting for more. Their short-live act in the 2014 entertainer led to several speculations of Ranbir and Aamir featuring in ‘PK’ sequel, but there has been no update on that yet. However, it seems like the duo has finally liked a script and are set to collaborate for the big screen. According to Pinkvilla, Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor have come on board for a film which will go on floors in the second half of 2022. Aamir Khan will reportedly produce this project and all details about this movie are being kept a secret.

Aamir Khan is currently awaiting the release of his much awaited entertainer ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. Directed by Advait Chandan, this film is an official adaptation of Hollywood hit ‘Forrest Gump’. Kareena Kapoor Khan essays the leading lady opposite Aamir Khan in the film. ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is slated for release in April 2022.

While Ranbir Kapoor has a strong line-up of movies in the pipeline. He will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’. The sci-fi drama also stars Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles with Mouni Roy essaying the negative lead. Apart from this he also has ‘Shamshera’ with Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor and ‘Animal’ with Anil Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra and Bobby Deol. Ranbir is currently shooting for Luv Ranjan’s untitled film with Shraddha Kapoor, Boney Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia.
