NEW DELHI: Xiaomi is all set to expand its product lineup in India. The company has confirmed the launch of its new smart TV in the country on April 27. The Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed the launch of Xiaomi Smart TV 5A in India on April 27.
Xiaomi has not yet revealed any details about the upcoming smart TV. However, the teaser image shared by the company reveals the sleek and bezel-less design of the upcoming smart TV.
Xiaomi Smart TV 5A is said to run Android TV operating system topped with the company’s own layer PatchWall UI.
Along with the smart TV, Xiaomi will also launch its flagship 12 Pro smartphone and Xiaomi Pad 5 Android tablet in the country.
Xiaomi 12 Pro runs Android 12 operating system and a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 50MP portrait camera. The front is home to a 32MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. The flagship smartphone comes in two storage options — 128GB and 256GB.
Xiaomi 12 Pro packs a 4600mAh battery with 20W wired fast charging and 50W wireless second charging support. The smartphone comes with a 6.73-inch full HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate.
On the other hand, Xiaomi Pad 5 features an 11-inch WQXGA display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor paired with 6GB of RAM.
Xiaomi Pad 5 comes in two storage variants — 128GB and 256GB. The device runs Android 11 operating system and sports a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front shooter for video calling.
Xiaomi Pad 5 comes with four speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos and is backed by an 8720mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. The device comes with quad speakers and offers support for Xiaomi Smart Pen.
