On May 6, James Gunn took to his official Instagram account to drop the image, which tantalized confirmation about David Corenswet’s portrayal of Superman featuring the iconic red trunks, a hallmark element that distinguished the character for decades but was notably absent in recent DC Extended Universe adaptations.
