Using reverse-image search along with relevant keywords, we found the original image on several websites.

The original image was flipped and then digitally altered to make it look like Lord Ram adorned Times Square billboards.
Comparison
We also found a billboard generating website with the same image, from where users can make their own doctored version of the same.
